A Covenant Renewed: The Return of the Banners

The church will observe the sacred tradition of the Returning of the Bands’ Banners and Flags.

This ceremony is more than a formal procession; it is a moment of profound spiritual significance. As each Band returns its colors to the Altar, we collectively acknowledge that every victory won, every soul reached, and every service rendered in the past season was by the grace of God alone.

By placing these banners at the Altar, we:

• Give Glory to God: Recognizing Him as the “Jehovah Nissi” (The Lord My Banner) over every department.
• Symbolize Stewardship: Reporting back to the Master the work that has been entrusted to our hands.
• Seek Fresh Fire: Clearing the way for a new season of divine instruction and renewed strength.

We invite all members of the various Followers, Bands and the entire congregation to witness this act of humility and dedication. Let us gather with hearts of gratitude as we lay down our symbols of service at the feet of Christ. May this act of devotion usher our church into a new dimension of spiritual authority and unity.
